폴로 직구 후 배송 지연 처리 방법.

기대하던 블랙 프라이데이 시즌에 폴로에서 직구를 했다.

조금 이른 때에 직구를 했는데 십여일이 지나도 배송이 안되었다.

랄프 로렌 사이트에서는 여전히 배송이 안되고 있다.

반송은 불가하고 배송은 안되고 점점 막막해진다.

이럴 땐 바로 메일로 문의를 한다.

주문할 때 배송지에 사서함 번호를 쓴 것 같은데 빠져 있다.

혹시나 해서 주소를 다시 알리고 메일을 보냈다.

바로 회신이 왔는데 자동으로 회신을 보낸 것으로 보인다.

블랙프라이데이라 답변이 2일 정도는 지나야 갈 것이라고..

역시 직구는 문제가 생기면 해결하기 무척이나 어렸다.
